Highlights
  • Lead operational planning and execution for McCrary’s Field Deployment Command supporting ACIC and related SOC/ISAC initiatives.
  • Manage deployment and sustainment of cybersecurity capabilities across state, local, and critical infrastructure networks.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, deployment frameworks, and training programs for SOC and ISAC operations.
  • Coordinate with federal and state agencies including FEMA, USDA, DOE, DHS/CISA, DOT/FMCSA.
  • Lead and mentor field engineers, analysts, and students, fostering next-gen cybersecurity talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5 years of SOC/ISAC leadership or cybersecurity operations experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of OT, ICS cybersecurity, and SOC/ISAC operational models.
  • Experience with deployment planning for state, local, or federal missions and familiarity with CISA, FEMA, and DOE resilience frameworks.
  • Desired qualifications include a Master’s degree, PMP or CISSP certification, and experience with whole-of-state cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Salary range: $96,090 - $182,560.
