  • Lead operational planning and execution for Field Deployment Command supporting ACIC and related SOC/ISAC initiatives.
  • Oversee deployment and sustainment of cybersecurity capabilities across state, local, and critical infrastructure networks.
  • Develop and maintain standardized playbooks, deployment frameworks, and training programs for SOC and ISAC operations.
  • Manage workforce pipelines including staff, student analysts, contractors, and vendor partners to ensure operational readiness.
  • Serve as principal interface with AOIT, FEMA, DOE, USDA, DOT, utilities, and other government partners for deployment and resilience planning.
  • Collaborate with Southeast Region Cyber Collaboration Center to integrate lab-tested tools into production environments.
  • Lead operational reporting, readiness reviews, and represent McCrary in state and national forums and exercises.
  • Mentor field engineers, analysts, and students to develop cybersecurity practitioners.
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5 years of cybersecurity operations or SOC/ISAC leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OT, ICS cybersecurity, SOC/ISAC models, and familiarity with CISA, FEMA, and DOE resilience frameworks.
  • Salary range: $104,030 - $208,060.
