| Responsibilities | The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of managing, developing, and assessing ongoing Environmental and Community Dashboard projects (ECD) in the City of Oberlin, in the MidTown neighborhood of Cleveland, at Great Lakes Science Center, and at Oberlin College. ECD is novel communication technology and content designed to promote positive social, economic and environmental development that enhances sustainability, community connection and climate resilience. | Required Qualifications | We seek an individual with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. The hire must have strong and demonstrated organization and project management skills, strong communications skills (verbal, writing, and visual presentation), ability to handle a high level of responsibility, demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a collaborative team, and the ability to communicate effectively and enthusiastically with a broad range of project stakeholders, including children and youth, city officials, members of the business community, low-income communities, and civic and political leaders. This is an in-person position that will require time in both Oberlin and Cleveland. |
| Desired Qualifications | Desired qualifications include experience with project management, education, curriculum development, organizing for environmental and/or social justice causes, website management, photography and graphic design, advanced computer skills, and experience troubleshooting hardware and software. |

| Compensation | $39,000 plus a comprehensive benefits plan.
