Pay Range Information | Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. The anticipated pay range is not a promise of a particular wage. |
Job Description Summary | The Career and Professional Development (CPD)’s Data and Systems Analyst serves as the systems administrator for all career technology platforms (collectively, “CPD Systems”). Additionally, this role cleans, processes, analyzes, and develops reports and visualizations of the career outcomes data, student and employer engagement data, and other data points for the CPD. The Data and Systems Analyst will identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including systems usage and event attendance, as well as respond to all ad-hoc survey and reporting requests. This position reports to the Associate VP of CPD, supervises the data student workers, and collaborates with key campus partners, including IS&T, school-based career liaisons and departments, Institutional Research and Decision Support (IRADS), and University Advancement (UA). |
