- Annual and Sick Leave – Classified Staff, Non-Classified Staff and 12-month Faculty earn up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year. ) Employee Leave

Job Description | Please note: This position is for the Marshall University Foundation, Inc. and is not a state job.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Processor is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date alumni and donor information within the Foundation’s database. This includes inputting and managing changes to personal details, contact preferences, and assisting with data-related reporting needs. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Data Services, this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.The successful candidate will work closely with Foundation staff, campus partners, and vendors to support the integrity of alumni and donor records, run reports, and assist with information requests and mailings. Familiarity with SQL reporting or Oracle APEX is a plus. This individual will also perform related duties and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Foundation’s operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni and donor records, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email, and contact preferences.*Generate reports related to alumni and donor data, as well as prepare and process mailings as needed. Familiarity with SQL and Oracle APEX for report generation is preferred.*Perform related administrative and data processing tasks as assigned to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Foundation’s records.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualities and experiences that ideal candidates should display include: Knowledge of accounting laws and regulations related to charitable contributions. · Knowledge of basic mathematical computations. Knowledge of automated computer accounting systems. Skill in the use of a calculator. Skill in the use of office equipment such as a copier, fax machine, and personal computer. Demonstrate integrity in work product and commitment to accuracy. Ability to gather and compile data for use in financial reports. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to think and work independently and as part of a team. Ability to train and review the work of others.
Salary Range | $30,000 - $35,000 Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
