Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and manage clinical and translational research datasets from multiple sources (e.g. clinical records, imaging, physiological measurements, molecular structural data).
  • Perform statistical analyses.
  • Develop data visualizations and summaries.
  • Design and implement computational tools for data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with investigators in the CVRI to design and execute experimental workflows.
  • Maintain organized data structures and documentation.
  • Ensure reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.



Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, bioinformatics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
Programming and data analysis skills and experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
