Description of Work  | Are you the person who believes a well-kept database is what turns good intentions into proven outcomes? Join our team as our Data Systems Specialist and make sure every student we serve is counted, tracked, and supported.

As the Data Systems Specialist, you will: Serve as the ETS database administrator, maintaining the participant records. Accurately process and validate applications, profiles, and service documentation. Build and implement assessment tools that measure how our programming is actually working. Develop reports, forecasting, and prospective student lists that keep the project on track toward its service goals. Lead data preparation for the federal government required Annual Performance Report (APR). 
This position works closely with advising staff across all five service areas and is central to how the project understands its own impact.

Minimum Required Qualifications  | Bachelor degree in education, social sciences, data science, information systems, statistics, or related field. Education/experience equivalency considered. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in data management, program evaluation, or institutional research in an educational setting, Demonstrated experience in federal program reporting.
Preferred Qualifications  | Master’s degree in education, social sciences, data science, information systems, statistics, or related field. Direct experience with TRIO data management, Blumen, and Annual Performance Review Report preparation Experience with National Student Clearinghouse and Learning and Employment Record (LER)
