Job Summary/Basic Function  | The Davis Student Services Specialist will:

Staff the department’s customer service desk Issue Wildcards and UTA Ed Passes Connect WSU Davis students with campus services by collaborating with services housed in the Davis Student Services suite, other service locations at WSU Davis, and services located on the Ogden Campus. Refer students to additional campus services and university departments as needed Answer university-related questions

Schedule:
Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for events.
Thursday and Friday afternoon shifts may be available throughout the semester.
Required Qualifications  | High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications  | Six months of paid job experience.

Customer service and office experience.

PC applications familiarity, typing skills, ability to learn and follow detailed procedures, reliability, punctuality.
