Position Summary:
Bluum is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deal Registration Specialist to own and streamline the deal registration process while also supporting strategic marketing initiatives. This position centralizes the administrative responsibilities of deal registration across multiple manufacturer portals and assists with marketing operations to enhance vendor exposure, product launches, and sales enablement efforts.
This role is essential in optimizing vendor partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate deal submissions, executing marketing programs, and maximizing revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven, systems-oriented, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Registration Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for all deal registration submissions across various manufacturer portals.
- Submit and manage deal registrations, monitor expiration dates, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Follow up on pending registrations, gather required details, and coordinate clarification meetings when needed.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with Account Executives (AEs) on registration status and deadlines.
- Provide regular reporting on deal registration metrics, approval rates, and bottlenecks.
- Build relationships with manufacturer representatives to expedite registration approvals and issue resolution.
Process Optimization
- Document and standardize submission requirements across different manufacturer portals.
- Develop and refine SOPs to support consistent and efficient deal registration.
- Identify areas to improve submission turnaround and increase deal registration success rates.
- Escalate systemic issues for resolution.
Marketing and Vendor Program Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage project calendars, promotional plans, and sampling programs.
- Support ecommerce initiatives, including new product setup, content updates, and exposure tracking.
- Assist in the creation and execution of market-driven programs such as sales proposals, brochures, and newsletters.
- Organize and coordinate new product launches, vendor promotions, and special campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, blog mentions, and online exposure; provide performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, corporate events, and vendor conferences.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Educate AEs and sales teams on best practices for gathering accurate registration data.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product Line Managers to align deal registrations with broader go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in the development of lead generation initiatives with targets, measures, and KPIs.
- Create case studies, sales scripts, and support materials using customer and partner endorsements.
