As a Demand Generation Specialist at Frontline Education, you’ll play an important role in helping educators and school communities discover solutions that support the essential work they do every day. By supporting inbound and outbound marketing programs, you’ll help generate qualified pipeline, strengthen new business growth, and ensure our campaigns reach the right audiences at the right moments.
This role is well-suited for someone early in their marketing career who is ready to deepen their experience in demand generation within a collaborative, data-informed, and AI-first environment. You’ll work closely with teammates across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to execute campaigns, manage leads, and learn how thoughtful technology can enhance human-centered marketing.
How you'll drive success
You will support the execution and optimization of demand generation programs, helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with clear performance visibility.
Core responsibilities include:
- Assist with building, launching, and managing marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, webinars, and coordinated sales outreach.
- Monitor lead flow, routing, and follow-up processes; assist with list builds, segmentation, and basic lead hygiene.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to support campaign setup and tracking within marketing automation and CRM systems, following established best practices.
- Drive campaigns and track success for demand generation programs with the Agentic Outbound program.
- Help maintain and optimize lead nurture programs through content updates, basic testing, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with SDR and sales teams to coordinate campaign timing, messaging, and follow-up needs; capture feedback to inform future programs.
- Pull and summarize campaign performance metrics including engagement, conversion rates, MQLs, and pipeline influence.
- Assist with A/B testing and incremental improvements across emails, landing pages, CTAs, and offers to improve conversion performance.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to help keep programs moving efficiently.

What you'll need to thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education with a marketing focus, or equivalent practical experience.
- One to three years of experience in marketing, demand generation, sales, sales development, or a revenue-supporting role.
- Experience working in sales or customer-facing environments, particularly B2B or consultative settings, is helpful.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort managing multiple initiatives at once in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Interest in data, performance metrics, and learning how insights inform smarter decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce is a plus.
- Genuine interest in K–12 education and supporting the people who keep schools running.
