Department Coordinator - Career Services Full Description

Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Career Services, the Department Coordinator provides administrative oversight and coordination for the Career Services department. The position is responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities and projects in a busy office while supporting the Executive Director and the department leadership team in carrying out department goals. This position provides comprehensive administrative support, with responsibilities to include operations, significant budget and personnel support, communication and implementation of policies and procedures, data entry and tracking, and department coordination.

Education and Experience

Salary and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Range: $52,404 - $66,456 Per Year
Classification Range: $48,696 - $79,836 Per Year
