Oversee administrative processes and ensure alignment with College-wide standards through a dotted-line relationship with College functional leadership.
Knowledge of computerized financial reporting, effective management systems, and university/state/federal regulations required.
Preferred experience with PeopleSoft/ConnectCarolina, Infoporte, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Concur software, grants management, and academic administration.
Ability to use or willingness to learn AI applications in business office settings is preferred.
Minimum qualifications include Master's degree with 2-4 years experience or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience.
Handles budget management and supervises professional staff in an academic environment.
Part of the nationally recognized Department of Statistics & Operations Research, supporting academic programs and interdisciplinary research.
