Responsibilities  | Associate Director, Development Management

Institutional Fundraising Manage and maintain constituent data to support annual giving, pipeline development, and engagement initiatives. Develop and manage campaign motivation codes to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution. Execute data quality assurance processes, including cleaning, validating, and loading constituent data for fundraising campaigns. Produce recurring reports and fulfill ongoing data requests to support leadership annual giving, campaigns and comms, and parent engagement programs. Design and maintain dashboards to track fundraising performance, marketing metrics, email performance, social media engagement, and annual program outcomes. Analyzing data and providing recommendations and strategics insights 
Leadership Annual Giving and Pipeline DevelopmentManage the data request process for Leadership Annual Giving and the Student Philanthropy and Engagement Center. Manage and track the fulfillment process, including reports and channels for fulfillment: email, text, calling, and mail. Serve as the liason between the Info Systems and Prospect Management teams to aid in building a pipeline development process. Build and maintain dashboards to help gift officers track progress.
Campaigns and CommunicationsPrepare audience lists, segmentation, and data files for direct mail and email campaigns, including scholarship, end-of-calendar year, giving day, and year-end appeals. Draft campaign specifications and coordinate data preparation for multi-channel fundraising efforts. Generate anniversary, giving, and constituent reports using CRM and email marketing platforms. Analyze fundraising campaign performance by developing reports on giving days, crowdfunding initiatives, return on investment (ROI), and constituent engagement.

Minimum Qualifications  | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Associate Director, Development Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 10 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 8 years of directly related work experience.
