Collaborate with Service Desk and campus IT partners to resolve operational issues and implement new initiatives.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, network share folders, and permissions.
Provide backup support to System Administrator for routine processes.
Requires proficiency in device management tools, scripting languages, IP address management, and familiarity with FERPA and HIPAA compliance.
Minimum qualifications include a master's degree with one year of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in higher education, ServiceNow, and device management systems.
Anticipated salary range of $72,000 - $76,000 annually.
