| Description of Work | Directs the Lied Center’s communications and promotion strategy across digital content, media relations, public relations, and audience development to increase visibility, deepen community engagement, and achieve ticket sales objectives. Creates compelling, mission-driven content to maximize sales and engagement across digital, email, social media, and press channels. Develops and executes monthly and quarterly strategies for integrated communications and public relations campaigns to promote season performances, arts education initiatives, rental activities, and institutional priorities. Builds and maintains strong relationships with media, campus partners, community organizations, and key stakeholders, including Friends of Lied, to expand reach and support advocacy efforts. Identifies and implements strategies to attract and grow new and diverse audiences across art forms. Collaborates closely with the Deputy Director and Lied Center leadership to align communications strategies with revenue goals, maximize ticket sales, and strengthen patron engagement. Manages non-paid marketing partnerships, trades, and collaborative promotions. Oversees internal and campus communications to ensure alignment and clarity of messaging.
