The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including an applicant’s education, years of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

JOB OVERVIEW
Under supervision, the Digital Learning Specialist manages, records, and edits an expanding slate of live webinars, online meetings, and other resources for online delivery. The Digital Learning Specialist is also responsible for providing graphic and visual design services that support the development of new asynchronous online resources. The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for managing resources within Learn at ACGME related to and in support of live webinars.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates live digital learning events, such as webinars, livestreams, and video conference presentations.
- Coordinates with the Office of Continuing Education to provide a high-quality, professional experience for all webinar presenters and participants.
- Assists subject matter experts with adapting presentational and instructional material for webinar delivery.
- Develops resources for subject matter experts on how to use live event and supporting technology (e.g., Zoom, Learn at ACGME).
- Provides media/event design and troubleshooting expertise during pre-production and delivery.
- Provides graphic/visual design services to support the development of online courses and other resources for Learn at ACGME.
- Manages a collection of on-demand webcasts in Learn at ACGME.
- Develops reports on the number of webinar and web meetings produced and delivered, including key performance metrics.
- Participates in the team-based design process, including scripting, storyboarding, quality assurance, and other resource development activities.
- Records, reviews, and edits video, audio, and other multimedia produced by the Office of Digital Learning.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, broadcast journalism, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in planning and delivering web-based broadcasts, webcasts, and/or livestreams.
- Three years of experience with a variety of audio and video production tools.
- Two years of graphic/visual design work and experience with common tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, or similar tools.
- Experience managing Zoom webinars.
- Experience with HTML and/or website authoring tools.
- Portfolio of visual/graphic design work created for online delivery.
- Experience with learning management systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS
- This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
- This is a hybrid position, where the work will be performed in the ACGME office and/or home office. Currently, the ACGME expects all staff members to work in the office two days per week. This schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the ACGME.
