Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO / AEO / GEO strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving platforms and technologies. This role has a primary focus on SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), while contributing to the broader marketing mission and integrated campaigns of the Marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI) to monitor performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing channels, tools, and industry trends.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation responsibly to enhance marketing efficiency and outcomes.
  • Contribute to testing, optimization, and continuous improvement across digital channels.
  • Apply deep understanding of target markets to tailor strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage on-page and off-page optimization, including metadata, content, internal linking, and backlink strategy.
  • Oversee technical SEO, including site speed, schema markup, crawlability, indexation, and mobile-first optimization.
  • Perform regular SEO audits, reporting, and data-driven analysis, and translate findings into prioritized recommendations.
  • Partner with content strategy and subject matter experts to align content with SEO goals, search intent, and audience needs.
  • Stay current on search algorithm updates and evolving organic-search practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain AEO and GEO strategies that improve Relias visibility in AI-generated answers, conversational search experiences, and large language model-driven discovery.
  • Execute tactical AEO and GEO initiatives, including answer-focused content structures, structured data and schema, entity and topic authority, source credibility, internal linking, and content optimization for citation and retrieval by AI platforms.
  • Monitor and report on brand and content visibility across traditional search and emerging AI search platforms, using findings to continuously refine SEO, AEO, and GEO tactics.

Qualifications
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO/GEO and organic search strategy.
  • The ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes.
  • The ability to understand and apply insights about a specific group of consumers or businesses that Relias aims to reach with its products and solutions.
  • The ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with and drive the overall business objectives.
  • Utilization of a wide range of relevant marketing enablement tools.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:
  • SEO/AEO/GEO: Google Analytics certification; experience with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, technical SEO, structured data/schema, and tools used to evaluate organic and AI-search visibility.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Education industries.
