Are you ready to shape the future of e-commerce and content data analytics? This is a unique opportunity to bring your user-centric approach into a diverse product team who passionately seek to enable the Sales Organization to elevate the LEGO Groups commercial momentum and create value adding user experiences for our retailers.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Please note this is a 12 months temporary position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate research with users and partners to gather insights and inform the product development process
  • Facilitate journey mapping and service blueprinting engaging stakeholders from all seniority levels
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and prioritize roadmap items that align with the company's strategy
  • Craft compelling stories that build empathy with user needs, helping to align the team and stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Apply design thinking principles to ensure that all solutions are user-centric and effectively address real-world problems
  • Create and test prototypes to validate design concepts and improve user experiences

In this role, you will be a crucial part of setting direction for the E-commerce Content Analytics team, along with the Product Manager and engineers. You will be part of a leadership trio, representing design in setting the direction for where the product is going.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the product serves the users' needs by bringing in user insights in the creation of innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, ensuring that insights and data drive content activation and e-commerce sales.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Background in product design, research, service design, e-com or similar
  • Demonstrable experience conducting research and applying design thinking principles to real world problems

  • Proficiency in building mock-ups and prototypes to visualize and test ideas
