As a Digital Technology Specialist, you will manage the operational delivery and distribution of McGraw Hill digital products in Canada, ensuring accurate product setup and availability across multiple channel partners. You will collaborate closely with channel partners, Sales, DICE, Marketing, and the Product team to support seamless digital product access for Canadian customers, while maintaining delivery infrastructure and driving continuous process improvements.

 

This is a hybrid position (onsite at least one day a week in our Toronto office) open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Canada.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead and project manage operational partnerships with channel distributors.
  • Own the end-to-end management process for all assigned institutions for McGraw Hill  digital product formats in Canada, spanning multiple distribution channels to support courseware and eBook usage growth across adoption and institutional markets.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of eBook content.
  • Responsibilities include digital product setup for channel partners, as well as supporting Institutional, Institutional Pay, and Inclusive Access models.
  • Configure and set up assigned Connect sites with Adaptive Learning Technology and Assessment Content, coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate formatting and delivery.
  • Maintain project schedule tracking in Smartsheet to monitor progress and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of metadata, product setup, and pricing details.
  • Maintain effective tracking of digital content through organized planning, process documentation, and routine maintenance, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Oversee vendor support for the resolution of Higher Education errata (Tier 2) through Salesforce.com or Jira tickets
  • Generate accurate reporting as required

 

What You Bring:

 

  • 2+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of digital technologies related to book production and digital delivery platforms for electronic products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

 

Preferred Experience & Skills:

 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new McGraw Hill technologies and digital tools.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com), project management tools (Smartsheet), and content or learning management systems.
  • Familiarity with data archiving tools and AI-enabled platforms, digital content formats, web accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile content, and interactive learning environments.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and XML sufficient to understand and communicate digital content requirements — coding experience not required.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools simultaneously, with a willingness to continuously build technical knowledge.

The pay range for this position is between $53,000-$70,000 CAD annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
