Schedule: Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; some evenings and weekends; some travel is required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Franciscan University is seeking a highly motivated leader to fill the role of Director of Admissions. The successful candidate will provide decisive, visible leadership for the undergraduate admissions team and is accountable for delivering the University’s annual goals for new student enrollment, student profile, and net tuition revenue. The Director builds a disciplined and supportive culture by setting clear expectations, coaching counselors, reviewing results, and addressing performance concerns promptly. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director leads recruitment strategy and daily operations while ensuring that prospective students and families encounter Franciscan’s Catholic mission and Franciscan character with authenticity, warmth, and responsive service.
