Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and auditors; oversee the unit’s budget.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, law or related field; Master’s preferred.
Seven to ten years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or legal affairs; university/nonprofit experience preferred.
Preferred credentials include CCEP or CIA; strong knowledge of higher education regulatory frameworks and federal compliance obligations.
Salary range approximately $104,850-$127,550 based on experience and qualifications.
Position requires credit and background checks due to fiscal responsibilities and contact with minors.
