  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, higher education administration, or related field, or equivalent experience combining a bachelor’s degree and significant relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in budget/resource analysis, financial planning, forecasting, and fiscal administration within higher education or large agencies/businesses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of program budget planning, public administration, state government operations, and state budget policies and systems.
  • Strong skills in data collection, statistical analysis, complex financial modeling, and clear presentation of complex data.
  • Ability to plan, direct, coordinate, train staff, and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
