Oversee the Distinguished Professors Endowment Trust Fund Program and related compliance initiatives.
Develop strategies to enhance transparency, accountability, and stewardship of philanthropic funds.
Provide training, policy development, and consultation on gift administration and donor compliance.
Collaborate closely with development officers, academic/administrative leaders, University Counsel, affiliated foundations, and external stakeholders.
Supervise and develop a professional staff to foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.
Requires bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; at least 1 year of professional solicitation/fundraising experience preferred.
Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred knowledge includes fundraising principles, IRS philanthropy regulations, CRM systems, and PeopleSoft ERP experience.
