| Description of Work | The Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions provides leadership to the graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management efforts of the Office of Graduate Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with the primary responsibility to develop and execute a strategic recruitment and enrollment plan appropriate for a decentralized campus. This includes; directing strategic recruitment efforts and building strong partnerships with academic programs to recruit highly-talented graduate students; overseeing a team of admissions evaluators and ensuring the effectiveness of the online graduate admissions system; leveraging CRM technology to support robust engagement and communication; analysis of application and enrollment data to monitor and provide regular updates for the university’s overall strategic enrollment plan; developing policies/procedures and building sustainable processes; and attending to industry best practices in graduate admissions and recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with many campus partners, especially Global Affairs, Academic Services and Enrollment Management, and Online and Distance Education. The successful candidate will serve on the Graduate Studies Leadership Team.
