Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience	Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and at least 8 years of job related experience, including some prior management experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications	Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP) Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in institutional research, business intelligence, analytics, data management, or related fields. Three (3) or more years of supervisory or managerial experience leading technical or analytical teams. Experience supporting decision-making within higher education, preferably within a multi-campus university system. Experience developing enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations in enterprise tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI). Experience working with data warehouses, enterprise data systems (e.g., HR, Financial, Student Information, Learning Management), and large-scale institutional datasets. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Experience with accreditation reporting, state and federal reporting requirements, and higher education performance metrics.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities	Understanding of higher education data structures, business processes, and institutional research methodologies. Skilled in planning, organizing, and directing projects.
