Build a pipeline of 5-10 midsize employer partners with the CCPD Employer Relations team for recurring internships and co-ops
Advocate for paid compensation and design scalable, high-impact internship and co-op opportunities based on workforce trend analysis
Coordinate with Corporate and Foundation Relations, the Director of Development, and academic advising to align opportunities with alumni and parent networks
Prepare students for professional roles and facilitate internship and co-op placement alongside the Assistant Director of Student Experiences
Conduct employer site visits and check-ins to monitor student progress and gather feedback on career readiness
Track internship participation, compensation, employer engagement, and post-graduate outcomes to refine outreach strategy
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Human Resources, Business, or a related field required, Master's preferred
Five to eight years of related experience, ideally as a hiring manager or recruiter within the health sector
Salary range of $67,270-$90,000 commensurate with experience
Eligible for a fully remote arrangement pending approval, with preference for candidates in the Northeast near pharmaceutical and health innovation corridors
