Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus seven years in labor relations.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s or advanced degree and direct experience leading collective bargaining negotiations in higher education.
Anticipated salary range: $160,000 - $180,000.
Reports to the Provost for Academic Affairs department and works closely with the Office of Human Resources and Office of General Counsel.
