Job Summary

The Director of Legal Education (DLE) is, in many ways, the face of BARBRI bar review. They are at the center of Law School success. Successful DLEs enjoy leading and motivating student ambassadors, exhibit true attention to detail, thrive in a competitive environment, and have a passion for helping students succeed.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional service to law school administration, deans, faculty, academic support teams, and students by managing the full account

· Travel to visit law school faculty, administrators, and students in assigned territory

· Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on bar exams and BARBRI products

· Act as the primary point of contact for all BARBRI offerings within assigned law schools

· Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder inquiries while delivering a high level of support

· Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and administration, serving as an ongoing resource

· Deliver presentations and workshops to support student success and bar exam readiness

· Execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and enroll students

· Partner with Student Ambassadors to track engagement and drive enrollment outcomes

· Recruit, train, and manage Student Ambassador teams, ensuring effective outreach, CRM usage, and successful on-campus events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· J.D. (law degree) – Admission to a state bar or active law license is not required

· Proven experience developing and executing account strategies

· Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to educate and persuade diverse audiences

· Demonstrated leadership skills

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Willingness to travel to assigned law schools, as permitted

· Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly

· Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a sales-focused role

· Experience selling in a fast-paced, competitive environment

· Experience in B2B consultative selling within educational institutions
