Highlights

Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to represent the University's mission to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of fundraising experience with at least 3-4 years in major gift work mandatory; Master's degree preferred.
Experience in individual fundraising essential; knowledge of corporate and foundation funding desirable.
Position includes regular travel within the region and quarterly trips to Villanova campus in Philadelphia.
Annual salary range: $170,000-$180,000, dependent on qualifications and other factors.
