Highlights

  • Collect and analyze data for assessment and improvement of student orientation and experience.

  • Manage a fee-based budget and coordinate university procurement and purchasing.
  • Required skills include strategic leadership, knowledge of orientation best practices, student development theory, program assessment, and experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Must hold a Master’s Degree in Higher Education or a related field with considerable higher education and student services experience.
  • The role is within the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration (CORE), supporting student onboarding and retention at Old Dominion University.
  • A criminal background check is required for the final candidate.
