About the Role
As a Director of Partnerships with Catapult Learning, you’ll lead strategic business development efforts focused on helping schools and districts address academic, behavioral, and student support needs. 

In this role, you’ll build relationships with district leaders, identify opportunities for partnership, and guide the sales process from prospecting through contract execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that support student success while helping Catapult Learning grow its impact across schools and communities. 

This role is ideal for someone who understands K–12 education, enjoys relationship-driven sales, and is motivated by both business growth and educational impact. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 
  • Manage the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, from prospecting through contract close  
  • Develop relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and community stakeholders  
  • Identify and pursue opportunities aligned to district funding priorities and student needs 
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Proposal teams to support business development efforts  
  • Lead and support proposal development for prospective partnerships  
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity  
  • Participate in territory planning and growth strategy discussions  
  • Represent Catapult Learning at conferences, networking events, and customer meetings  
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For 
  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in K–12 education or service-based solution sales  
  • Strong understanding of K–12 buying cycles and district decision-making processes  
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals  
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with school and district leaders  
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management  
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills  
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory (Ability to Travel up to 40%)

Pay Rate
Starting from USD $110,000.00/Yr.

Physical Requirements

This is a remote role and will require 30-40% travel. Compensation will include salary with attractive commission structure.
