Highlights

Serve as strategic advisor on fundraising priorities, campaign readiness, and prospect strategy within the College of Engineering.
Lead portfolio optimization, prospect assignment, and conduct regular portfolio reviews with gift officers.
Function as the expert and primary lead for Salesforce (Lobo) CRM, managing system implementation, training, and data quality.
Develop executive dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor fundraising KPIs and forecast campaign progress.
Collaborate closely with the Assistant Dean for Philanthropy, frontline fundraisers, and University Advancement Prospect Development team.
Required: Relevant post-baccalaureate degree with 3+ years related experience or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred: Ability to learn database applications and maintain effective multi-constituency engagement.
Position requires a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
