About The Team:  
This role involves overseeing a dedicated team of 7 Product Manager, providing mentorship to junior Product Managers, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic and mission-driven organization. 

About The Role: 
We are in search of an accomplished and strategic Director of Product to lead the refinement and enhancement of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will showcase a customer-centric approach, adeptly aligning product development with customer needs while concurrently developing and executing a comprehensive strategic roadmap. 
  
Primary Objectives: 
Evaluate and enhance the existing product roadmap with a strategic focus. 
Ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry trends. 
Contribute to the company's strategic growth, highlighting the mission-driven aspect of serving schools and students. 

What You’ll Be Doing:   
Oversee the ERP product used at the district level, encompassing various modules (financials, invoicing, general ledger, HR, and payroll system).  

What We Are Looking For:                                          
10 years' experience in SaaS based products  
Proven experience in product management with a focus on ERP systems and strategic roadmap development. 
Demonstrated success in team leadership and mentorship. 
Familiarity with the education sector and mission-driven initiatives. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Effective communication and collaboration abilities. 

What will Make You Stand Out:                                                     
Industry experience navigating federal and district requirements, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with industry standards. 
Prior ability to support ERP products tailored to diverse state requirements, managing migrations, and implementing sunset strategies.
