Director of Program Innovation, TCU Sales Center Full Description

Job Summary:
The Director of Program Innovation for the TCU Neeley School of Business, Sales Center will be responsible AI development and usage, Salesforce operations, digital marketing, and other program initiatives to build and enrich the student experience while increasing the global reputation and ranking of the Sales Center and the Neeley School of Business. This position will aid and support the Director, Director of Corporate Relations, Executive Advisory Board with all necessary events.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:
1. Leads the development, testing, and refinement of AI-powered tools used across the Sales Center, including Avarra AI simulations, custom GPT agents, and class-specific knowledge hubs. Collaborates with faculty and students to ensure these tools enhance learning, sales training, and operational efficiency. Manages the roadmap for AI innovation and provides training and documentation to drive adoption.
2. Oversees Salesforce CRM operations to maintain data integrity, improve usability, and support strategic decision-making. This includes reconciling payments, cleaning duplicate records, creating and updating dashboards, and ensuring all student outreach, opportunities, and meetings are properly logged. Partners with faculty and students to train on CRM best practices and support program-wide visibility.
3. Drives digital marketing efforts to elevate the TCU Sales Center brand, with an emphasis on LinkedIn content strategy. Creates and schedules engaging posts, manages brand templates, and coordinates with students and staff to highlight key wins, events, and milestones. Leverages graphic design tools and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement across channels.
4. Efficiently coordinates and supports all program courses, activities, and initiatives. This involves managing logistics, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
5. Organizes and schedules engagements with corporate partners and sponsors in coordination with the Director of Corporate Relations. Ensures seamless collaboration with hiring firms, aligning expectations and values to foster strong, beneficial relationships.
6. Aids TCU Sales Students in learning and understanding TCU Sales Center AI and CRM tools. 
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of progressive experience in program development and leadership, including marketing, administration, implementation, and innovation.
• Experience with AI tools (AI Agents, GPTs, or other) and CRM systems

Preferred Education & Experience:
• Master’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or social media
• 5 years of sales, career development, or marketing experience
