Highlights

Provide strategic leadership for prospect management and research programs within University Advancement.
Develop and execute prospect pipeline strategies, portfolio optimization, and proposal management.
Collaborate with UA leadership, Directors of Philanthropy, Engagement, Donor Relations, Principal Gifts, and Campaign Management to inform donor strategies.
Work closely with Information Services to maintain data systems and ensure accurate pipeline and portfolio analysis.
Strong knowledge required in prospect, portfolio, and moves management tactics, KPIs, and fundraising best practices.
Experience with research tools such as LexisNexis, WealthEngine, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems like Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant fundraising or prospect management experience.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience in higher education fundraising.
Salary range is $85,849 - $96,588 annually.
Position reports to University Advancement and requires handling sensitive information with discretion.
