Who you are:
  • Required: 7+ years of progressive Sales Operations experience in a SaaS environment, including significant time in a leadership or senior role.
  • Expertise in the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management through to post-sale processes and renewals.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, adept at transforming complex data into actionable strategies and insights.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and other Sales Operations tools, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Proven ability to establish and optimize sales cadences and pipeline management, driving accountability, consistency, and accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of effectively aligning sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and scale-oriented, with a strong desire to improve systems and processes to accelerate sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing key sales metrics across Customer Success, Bookings, and Renewals.
