ClassLink is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to sell ClassLink Products to the top U.S. school districts (Top 100 by enrollment and influence), overseeing the full sales lifecycle from strategic planning through implementation. This role requires deep expertise in K–12 education systems, digital learning ecosystems, and district procurement processes. The Director collaborates closely with internal teams—including product, marketing, customer success, and technology—to design tailored solutions, expand adoption, and achieve measurable outcomes.
This position involves executive-level engagement, strategic account planning, and representing ClassLink at conferences, consortia, and industry events. It is a remote role requiring significant travel across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with top-tier district leaders, including Superintendents, CTOs, and CIOs.
- Drive Growth and Retention: Expand adoption, cross-sell, and upsell ClassLink solutions aligned with district priorities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, marketing, customer success, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions for large districts.
- Provide Market Insights: Stay current on education policy, funding priorities, and technology trends impacting K–12 systems.
- Represent ClassLink: Advocate for ClassLink’s mission at conferences, consortia, and industry events while presenting a professional, trusted presence.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, and business development, in education technology, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Proven success managing relationships and driving results with the largest school districts in the U.S.
- Deep knowledge of K–12 education systems, digital learning ecosystems, and data interoperability.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including evenings or weekends for conferences, district meetings, and events.

Salary Description
$130,000-$150,000 plus commission
