Highlights

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 100 prospects and conduct 10-12 prospect visits monthly to meet or exceed solicitation goals.
  • Oversee and manage the Advancement liaison program supporting campus areas outside Schools/Colleges and Athletics.
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate one Major Gifts Officer, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with University Advancement colleagues in communications, events, and stewardship to support fundraising priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5-7 years fundraising experience with at least 3-4 years in major gifts; Master’s degree and management experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Commitment to higher education and Villanova University’s mission and values, with willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and position is classified as exempt, full-time, 12-month staff role in University Advancement.
