Summary
As the Director of Training, you will own how Lucky Strike trains its field managers: building in-center training plans, ensuring completion, leading in-person manager classes, and rolling out new programs as priorities shift.

What You'll Do 
  • Own the field manager training strategy, from in-center training through ongoing development 
  • Build and update in-center training plans as brand standards, systems, and priorities change 
  • Roll out new training programs to the field and ensure adoption 
  • Partner with multi-unit leaders to track completion and close training gaps 
  • Schedule, facilitate, and oversee in-person manager training classes 
  • Improve manager retention through strong onboarding and clear development paths 
  • Create and update training content quickly when company priorities shift 
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers, and oversee the Training team's budget 
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Food & Beverage, and other corporate partners to keep training aligned with the business 
  • Travel to centers and training sessions to see training in action and support field leaders 

What You'll Bring
 

  • Significant experience leading training or L&D for multi-unit operations, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage 
  • Track record of building and rolling out training programs that improve field performance and consistency 
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), including content, assignments, and completion tracking 
  • Experience leading and developing a team of Trainers 
  • Strong facilitation skills, with comfort leading in-person classes for managers at all levels 
  • Ability to build credibility with multi-unit leaders and corporate teams 
  • Strong project management skills, juggling many priorities and deadlines 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work some nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications
