What you’ll do 
Director of Product Management will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for key Supplemental Math and ELA product lines. You as a leader will drive the full product growth by ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value to educators and learners. 
 
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Math and ELA educational technology, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on experience with Amira and Waggle. 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

Market & Competitive Analysis 
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and conduct market research to anticipate trends.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and growth.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Lead solution discovery and delivery planning, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with business priorities.

Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to craft effective go-to-market plans.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging to maximize impact. 

Sales Enablement & Support
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between product strategy and field execution.
  • Provide training, resources, and product knowledge sessions to equip sales teams with the tools to succeed.
  • Identify and address gaps between product and sales, offering additional support during key initiatives, customer engagements, and strategic opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer-facing conversations when deep product expertise is required.

 Customer Focus
  • Engage directly with educators and administrators to gather feedback and insights.
  • Ensure customer needs are consistently reflected in product decisions.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Serve as a key voice of the customer across the organization.

Commercial Success
  • Build strong business cases and identify monetization opportunities.
  • Drive measurable product growth, profitability, and market share.

 What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a compelling product vision that inspires and aligns stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various departments.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to inform product and business decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of K–12 education markets, including current trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, from product discovery to launch.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Amira and Waggle product lines.

Physical requirements:
  • Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing).
  • Constantly operates a computer and other digital devices
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues via online meetings.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams as well as work independently.

Salary range:  110k  – 140k per annum.
