  • Design new processes and systems for project management and prioritization to operationalize scalable project workflows using WorkFront, including intake processes, project templates, task dependencies, SLAs, and automated routing for web page creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead team-wide capacity planning and resource optimization across SEO, UX, Content, and CRO workstreams, including forecasting bandwidth, managing role allocation, utilization tracking, and estimating future demand and revenue alignment.  Partner with leaders to resolve cross-functional issues as needed.
  • Design and implement the prioritization process and collaborate with marketing leadership to institutionalize how CX work is evaluated, queued, prioritized.   Lead prioritization reviews with Digital Experience leadership to align on resourcing and project intake, balancing ad hoc business requests with roadmap-driven initiatives. Own agenda, facilitation, and post-review follow-ups.
  • Map and document end-to-end processes, from content briefing to QA to launch, identifying roles, gaps, and inefficiencies. Lead workshops to drive operational and process improvements, particularly for content generation, SEO implementation, landing page lifecycle, and web test development.
  • Influence peers in cross-functional areas such as Marketing and Technology to improve student and partner outcomes in cross-functional campaigns, launches, ongoing optimizations, and Martech initiatives by ensuring alignment in priority projects, workflows, tooling, reporting, and resource usage.  Contribute to shared PMO practices and standards.
  • Drive tech enablement through the use of automation, AI, and templates to reduce cycle times for page and content creation, and optimization and QA.  Pilot and scale tools to streamline QA/testing, asset approvals, and trafficking.
  • Manage and develop a small team of project managers or operations analysts supporting the Digital Experience program. Mentor junior PMs and instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or related Master's degree
  • 10+ year experience with project / program management
  • 5+ years digital marketing or web
  • 3+ years experience managing or heavily using WOrkFront
  • Experience in growth organizations driving digital transformation / evolution
  • Agile mindset with proven experience leading through change
  • Website development workflows (brief → design → dev → QA → deploy) - Intermediate
  • Excel (advanced analytics, capacity modeling) - Advanced
  • Digital marketing operations - Intermediate
  • Prioritization frameworks and intake process design -Advanced
