The University of Alabama is hiring a Director of Prospect Management. This role defines, implements, and manages the process for identifying, assigning, and managing donors and prospects to maximize the effectiveness of the University’s major gift portfolio. The Director leads strategic planning and data analytics efforts to support major gift campaigns, supervises a team, and collaborates with senior advancement staff and development officers.

Requires bachelor's degree with 8 years’ experience or master’s degree with 6 years’ experience in development, fundraising, sales, or public relations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong skills in problem-solving, training, analytics, communication, and project management
Preferred qualification: Masters of Library and Information Studies
Compensation range: $83,500 minimum to $112,700 midpoint (Salaried E13)
