About the Opportunity
The Director of Sales Operations will work closely with Global Revenue leadership and our Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop data and reporting capabilities that enable the effective analysis, monitoring and forecasting across our Sales organization. This is a high impact; mission critical role where you will be provide your Sales Operations subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects and initiatives for the design, development, and continuous improvement of actionable metrics, dashboards, and analysis that enable the business to make data-based decisions.

Where you will make an impact 
  • Partner closely with the VP of Revenue Operations to improve revenue team effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to drive efficiency in achieving our growth goals  
  • Collaborate with Global Sales & Marketing Leaders to develop, track, and manage sales KPIs and the forecast process; conduct performance analysis to drive business decisions and ensure the sales team achieves their goals  
  • Closely partner with Business Intelligence (BI) team to build dynamic dashboards that will be provide the needed insights to drive business results & influence sales strategy  
  • Analyze and solve complex business problems, breaking down the work into actionable tasks, and working with stakeholders to plan and communicate delivery commitments. 
  • Own special projects to drive sales process improvements or go-to-market initiatives that drive sales outcomes. 
  • Optimize the use of sales tools and process to drive sales team productivity 
  • Partner with Sales Enablement team on sales process improvement initiatives and new sales tool deployments. 
  • Support territory, account segmentation, quota and compensation planning and delivery.  
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales organization for all sales data questions and problem solve when necessary. 
  • Lead, coach and develop a talented Revenue Operations Team.  

What you will bring 
  • 8+ years of Sales Operations experience and 5+ years of Management Experience required; preferably in an Enterprise Software company  
  • Demonstrated knowledge & background of building Sales Operations Reporting, KPIs, and Forecasting models 
  • Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities 
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights that drive business decisions.  
  • Excellent executive-level presentation development skills and with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner 
  • Deep understanding of sales operations processes and systems 
  • Strong relationship builder & communicator who can collaboratively partner across a highly matrixed; global environment 
  • Highly effective project management skills with an ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Results and execution oriented with a bias towards thoughtful action; flexible and collaborative 
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills 
  • High proficiency with Salesforce,Tableau and Xactly is required, experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, Gong and Highspot is preferred
