Disability Program Administrator I to join our team and support the
Community Work Transition Program (CWTP).
The CWTP equips rehabilitation staff and local school staff with the training and technical assistance needed to implement the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements effectively.
This position will serve as a
CWTP Regional Liaison for the
West Central Region of Kentucky (Kentuckian Works/Lincoln Trail). Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing technical assistance and coaching to Employment Specialists (ES), school staff, and vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies with a focus on pre-employment transition service and individualized transition services. Delivering ongoing training to Employment Specialists in recording information, activities, and invoices into the CWTP databases. Supporting ongoing consultations with vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies and participating school districts to maintain process and procedures of CWTP timelines Identifying and helping remove barriers or gaps in services for students with disabilities. Assisting CWTP Director and team with gathering and disseminating information, instructions, and resources.
This is a remote position, with work conducted from a home office.
Regular work-related travel is required within the assigned region, with occasional travel to other regions in Kentucky for CWTP team meetings, trainings and related activities.
The ideal candidate will reside within or in close proximity to the West Central Region of Kentucky, specifically within the Kentuckiana Works or Lincoln Trail workforce areas. Please ensure all attached documents are accessible documents.

Preferred Education/Experience | Formal training in special education, transition, or rehabilitation counseling; direct service experience providing pre-ETS, transition, or vocational rehabilitation supports.
