Job Summary | The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II position. This position will work as an SIS Assessor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
This position will: Provide individual assessments and other supports to the 1915i RISE initiative and its participants. Promote development of quality services for individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Substance Misuse or Use (SMU)/ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnoses.
Work related travel is a requirement of this position.
This position will advance HDI’s mission and strategic plan.
