HDI is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II/RISEposition. This position will serve as an 1915(i) Assessor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Providing individual assessments and other supports to the 1915i RISE initiative and its participants. The ideal candidate for this position will be located in the western region of Kentucky.
