Be the trusted point of contact for WPS distribution partners. In this role, your attention to detail, service mindset, and follow-through help domestic and international partners get the support they need quickly and accurately.

THE OPPORTUNITY

WPS products support clinicians, educators, and psychologists who work with children, families, and communities. As a Distribution Sales Specialist, you will help make sure those tools move smoothly through our distribution partner network.

You will manage the full distribution experience, including order processing, account questions, billing support, shipment tracking, returns, onboarding, partner communications, and sales reporting. You will also support the Key Account Manager by identifying trends and growth opportunities through strong service and careful data review.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner Support & Orders• Receive, process, and verify distributor orders• Provide order status updates and product information• Manage order changes, returns, cancellations, and billing questions• Follow department policies with care and consistency

White-Glove Service• Support domestic and international distribution partners• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and warmth• Coordinate onboarding calls for new partners• Flag service concerns and follow through on resolution

Sales Insight & Communication• Review monthly distribution sales reports for trends• Prepare sales reports for management• Coordinate pricing and marketing updates• Support quarterly newsletters and track content impact

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of customer service phone experience, ideally with wholesale accounts or international customers.

• Excellent phone presence, clear communication, and strong listening skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-moving environment.

• Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Outlook. Bilingual skills are a plus.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time remote, non-exempt position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, generally beginning and ending between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with a meal period and rest breaks. Occasional paid overtime may be needed based on business needs. No travel is required.
