| Job Summary | The Doctoral Graduate Teaching Assistant position in the School of Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management is responsible for teaching at least one undergraduate class per semester, including summers (based on departmental needs), assisting faculty with classes, and assisting faculty with research. |
| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Must be a current Troy University doctoral student in HSTM. 2. Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or related field. Please note: Student positions are FICA/Medicare exempt only if students are enrolled in classes in the semester work is performed. To qualify for the FICA/Medicare exemption, you must be enrolled on a half-time basis for the Fall, Spring, or Summer. |
