Job Description
Ready to be the glue that holds our Education Impact team together? As our Education Impact Coordinator, you'll empower educators and inspire students by handling professional learning sessions, coordinating events, and driving significant impact. If you are an outstanding organizer with a deep passion for education, we want you on our team!

Core Responsibilities
  • Support customers during implementation through Professional Learning and Implementation Services.
  • Manage all Professional Learning and Implementation Services including scheduling, coordinating, and being responsible for all aspects of the service internally and externally.
  • Collaborate and connect with LEGO Education Academy Certified trainers.
  • Run all administrative duties with Professional Learning and Implementation Services including financial reporting, handling payments, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and maintain data and reporting for all education impact activities including measuring reach, impact, and the sustainability of the post-sale activities.
  • Support continuous improvement and quality review efforts with the education impact team.
  • Coordinate Education Impact team events and activities.

The Education Impact Coordinator will play a role in supporting the organization’s ambition to ensure every student succeeds in learning with our solutions. As part of the Education Impact team, this role will focus on supporting education impact activities such as scheduling professional learning sessions, coordinating events, working with certified trainers, and creating impact reports. These coordination efforts lead to us reaching and building confidence in more teachers that eventually means impacting more students!

Do you have what it takes?
  • Experience in training or coordinating training events.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong technology skills including prior experience with SAP.
  • Experience with current guidelines, policies, and regulations as they pertain to education is helpful but not required.
  • Experience using LEGO Education solutions with students or coordinating at district level preferred.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
