Job Description
Company: Tidewater Medical Training — a subsidiary of Paper, offering premier training programs for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMA), Phlebotomy, EKG Technicians, Medical Billing & Coding, and CPR.
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (must reside within a 20-mile radius or be comfortable commuting there daily)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Program Assistant / Recruiter to join our Virginia Beach campus full-time (40 hours/week). This role is a blend of administrative support and student recruitment, ensuring our programs run smoothly while actively engaging prospective students to join our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to campus operations, instructors, and students.
- Recruit and enroll new students into our healthcare training programs.
- Create, edit, and manage documents in Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain a professional and polished manner for student inquiries and outreach, in-person and over the phone.
- Balance multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with polished telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift
- Onsite role at our Virginia Beach campus
Compensation: $15.00 – $17.00/hour, based on experience.
